Idaho has Mandatory-Minimum Sentencing for Drug Trafficking Charges. This means that if you are found guilty or plead guilty to Drug Trafficking, YOU WILL GO TO PRISON for at least the amount of time required for the type of drug and amount that you are in possession of. Although the above represents the Mandatory-Minimum Sentence you can receive for trafficking in Marijuana, the Maximum penalty is 15 years /$50,000
