According to reports, a 19-year old man from Idaho Falls was arrested this week for raping a 13-year old girl. The two had allegedly met while playing an online video game. The two then started chatting on Snapchat. The girl, who obviously has not been named, had sent nude pictures to the defendant and invited him to her home in Bonneville County.
Chrisnaider Greyson Allen went to the girl’s home on April 10, 2020, at about 10 pm. He reportedly didn’t leave until the next morning at 10 AM. According to the victim, when they were outside her home, Allen forced her to go into a trailer that was on her property. Once inside, she claims that he started to rape her and wouldn’t stop despite her telling him no repeatedly. She said she didn’t call out for help because she was afraid he would harm her. He stayed in the trailer with her until the next morning.
At 10 am the next morning, the victim said she asked her Uncle, who lived on the property, to drive Allen home. Once driving him home, the uncle was able to give police the defendant’s address. When questioned, Allen changed his story numerous times. He finally admitted that he had sex with the girl but claimed she initiated it. He also claimed that she touched him without consent.
Bonneville County police charged the 19-year old with one count of lewd contact with a minor. Once arrested and taken to jail, he threatened suicide. His charge carries a sentence of up to life in prison. And, Allen may be charged with more serious crimes as the investigation into this matter continues.
